What's your business, and who are your customers?
Fusion Events is a Full Service Catering & Events company that was founded on the feeling that I could create a business that would push boundaries and allow me to deliver what my clients wanted. Food and Events that are Fresh, Bold, and Memorable.
Tell us about yourself
I am a native Californian, married with two beautiful daughters. You could say that I got here almost by accident. I was going to school for business and took a catering job to help with tuition, and that's when I discovered my passion. After working for several catering companies, I knew that eventually, I needed to run my own company where I could do things the "right way." Creating memorable events and seeing the smiles on clients' faces brings me pure joy. It's this desire to do things the right way, to comb over every last detail and bring each client's vision to life, that drives me each and every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to set goals and exceed them every time. I work hard to make sure I do.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Balancing various personalities, whether it's clients or employees.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Love what you do.
Surround yourself with people that believe in your business & want it to succeed.
